Thoseghar Waterfalls is accessible by public transport. The nearest city to Thoseghar Falls is Satara City. Satara city lies at a distance of around 115 kilometers from Pune, on NH 4, which connects Pune to Bengaluru (Bangalore).
There are regular buses from Satara. Autos are also available for hire at Satara. To have the best view, one has to go to Chalkewadi (by bus, car, auto, etc.) and then walk down the road for around five kilometers.
