Lal Bagh is well connected by road. The garden is on the leading Bangalore – Hosur Highway, a 10 to 15-minute drive from Madiwala, from where most of the luxury buses now operate.
The newly constructed Shanthi Nagar Bus Stand on BTS Bus Depot Road (off K. H. Road) is hardly 700 meters away from one of the gates of Lalbagh Gardens (opposite road to the Lalbagh Garden Gate), off Hosur Main Road. Outstation buses to Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, etc, now operate from this bus stand, instead of the old Majestic bus stand. Local buses also ply from here.
Vision Cinemas, a famous multiplex theater, was on the K.H. Road, which is now closed due to the expiry of the lease period. Vision Cinemas is looking for new premises to shift its theaters.
Bangalore City Junction Railway Station is the major nearest railway station, and Bengaluru International Airport is the nearest airport.
