Seema is around 15 kilometers from Taluka (at 27 kilometers from Sankri ), en route to HarKi-Doon valley. Har Ki Doon Valley is approximately 3.5 kilometers from Seema, which may take anywhere between 5 to 7 hours to trek.

Yamunotri, where the river Yamuna originates on the Bander Poonch Himalayan peaks, is accessible from Hanuman Chatti by road up to Janki Chatti (around 8 kilometers distance) and from there by trekking the 3.3 kilometers route, which is well laid with railings on the side, which takes somewhere about 3 hours to trek. Which is the access point to The Trekker’s Paradise, Har Ki Doon Valley?
Sankri / Taluka is the starting point for Har Ki Doon Valley trekking packages. You can go by bus from Dehradun (the nearest major city) to Purola. At Purola, you need to catch a local bus to Sankri.
If your trekking tour starts from Taluka, you can hire a jeep for the 12-kilometer-long Sankri-Taluka travel.
Dehradun is the nearest airport for those traveling by air.
Sankri is 155 kilometers or 96 miles from Mussoorie in Himachal Pradesh state, another nearby famous tourist destination.
