Dolphins, Jet Skiing & Boat Ride at Gokarna Beach

Gokarna Beach is a dream destination beach in the Karnataka state of India. There are five beaches here, and cliffs separate these beaches.

Gokarna Beach or Indian Beach, Om Beach, Kuddle Beach, Half Moon Beach, and Full Moon Beach or Paradise Beach are the main beaches here. Roads leading to these beaches are picturesque, with Western Ghats mountains and cliffs on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other.

From one beach to another beach, there is a boating facility available. You can also walk on the beaches.

Jet skiing, Fishing trips, Banana Boat rides,  Boating trips to spot Dolphins in action off the coast, and good food at the end of it;  these Beaches offer much more than what they typically offer tourists!

The city is also famous for its temples mentioned in old Hindu literature.

How Do I Go to Gokarna Beaches?

Karwar is one of the nearest towns at 58 kilometers distance, and Hubli at 147 kilometers distance. Bangalore, the capital city, is around 500 kilometers away.

Gokarna  Road is the nearest railway station 6 kilometers away on the Mumbai – Mangalore route of Konkan railway corporation (a subsidiary of Indian Railways). The code to book tickets to Gokarna Road is GOK at irctc.co.in, the official ticket booking website of Indian Railways. Ankola is another Major town with Railway connectivity 20 kilometers away on National Highway 17.

Goa Airport is the nearest Airport at 140 kilometers away.
