Mirik hill station is a picturesque hill station in Darjeeling district, West Bengal, India. Samendu lake is the center of attraction. There is a 3.5 kilometer road around the lake, which is used for walking exercise. Kangchenjunga mountain ranges are visible from here.

The Lake is surrounded by a garden on one side. The other side has pine trees. Both the lake and the pine tree areas are linked together by Indreni Pool, an arch shaped footbridge.
