At Kempty falls, the falls appear to be somersaulting, before the streams hit the ground. Kempty Falls is a beautiful five tier water fall, surrounded by thick green mountain ranges. Kempty Falls is an ideal location to enjoy the beauty of nature; It is one of the best gifts of Nature. You can listen to the music of water!

You may go for fishing here. Fishing permits can be obtained from the Divisional Forest Office at Mussoorie.

Kempty Falls is a falls which can enjoyed all through the year, except during the heavy monsoon months of July and August.

Kempty Falls is at a distance of just 15 kilometers from the famous hill station of Mussoorie, on the Chakrata Road or Yamunothri Road.

Deharadun, the capital of Uttarakhand state, is the nearest city having airport. It is around 2 hours drive from Kempty Falls, at around 45 kilometers distance. Dehra Dun is also the city with nearest railway station to the Falls.

Deharadun is well connected to other parts of India by road.
